You have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us if you would like to return your goods. Please notify us via email at info@lashhunni.co.uk with you order number included.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Lash Hunni and it is recommended to obtain tracking information to avoid returns lost in transit.

Due to hygiene reasons all items must be returned in its orginal / unopened packaging. Glues and liquids are NON REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE due to hygiene reasons.

If you find your item has arrived damaged or faulty we can exchange or refund within 14 days of order been placed. You must notify us within the 14 days and once the item is received, inspected and deemed faulty we can go ahead and process either a refund or exchange.

Sale or free items are non refundable

Items purchased with a gift card are non refundable

Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48 depending on chosen option at checkout.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We will begin to get your order packaged as soon as order is placed in order for you to receive your goods most efficiently so unfortunately we cannot change the order once placed. You would need to re order or return any unwanted items once received.

Can I collect my order?

We do offer a local collection service which will need to be pre authorised. Collection can be very convenient should you need your products within a 24 hour time frame. Please click below to request a collection.
